What's the difference between Free and Standard?
Free includes unlimited bookmarks, folders, and notes, with up to 10 tags. Standard removes the tag limit, giving you unlimited tags. Both plans include access to the community Slack channel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! — you can cancel your Standard subscription at any time. You'll keep Standard access until the end of your current billing period, after which your account moves back to the Free plan.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes, you can change your billing period at any time from your account settings.
Do you offer refunds?
twig.tools subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again, but we do not refund payments already made — including for partial billing periods.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your bookmarks, folders, notes, and tags remain in your account. Your plan reverts to the Free tier.
